For movie fans who spent three days watching all 22 Marvel Cinematic Universe, a marathon of four “Toy Story” movies should be a cakewalk.
The Utah-based Megaplex Theatres movie chain announced Wednesday that its Thanksgiving Point location in Lehi will be one of 22 locations in North America to offer a marathon of “Toy Story” movies June 20 — ending with the debut of the new “Toy Story 4.”
The four Disney/Pixar movies run a total of six hours and 15 minutes, not including breaks between films. All four are rated G.
Tickets for the marathon are $29.95 for adults, and $24.95 for children, seniors and members of the military. Ticketholders also receive a souvenir popcorn tub and drink cup, free refills of both, and an exclusive gift from Disney. Check-in is at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 20.
At six Megaplex theaters along the Wasatch Front — Jordan Commons (Sandy), The District (South Jordan), Valley Fair (West Valley City), Thanksgiving Point (Lehi), Geneva (Vineyard) and Legacy Crossing (Centerville) — there will be a special advance screening of “Toy Story 4” at 5 p.m. June 20. Tickets are $24.95 for adults, $19.95 for children, seniors and members of the military. The popcorn tub, drink cup, free refills and gift are also included.
