Flooded Arkansas, Oklahoma brace for more rain; Southeast gets record heat

Flooded Arkansas and Oklahoma were bracing for more rain that will feed the already swollen Arkansas River, forecasters said on Monday, as Missouri deployed the National Guard in anticipation of further storms.
