My family and I were talking about lotto tickets from Wyoming, and we wondered why Utah police will stop you and fine you if you bring liquor in from out of state. They will arrest and fine you if you bring in marijuana from out of state. But they won't do anything if you bring in a lotto ticket.
All of these items are illegal in Utah, yet they don't seem to worry about a lotto ticket. Why is that?
