Nikkei rises, supported by tech shares; Monex jumps

TOKYO, April 26 (Reuters) - Japan's Nikkei share average rose on Thursday, buoyed by tech shares, with index heavyweight Tokyo Electron jumping after it forecast strong profits for this fiscal year.
