Letter: BYU should demonstrate its commitment to loyal fan

Gordon Monson’s recent article in The Tribune, “Eye on the bottom line,” suggests that BYU has a dilemma. Not really. The answer is pretty simple. Give the daughter of the longtime BYU fan “first right of refusal.”

Regardless of price, or other fans in the queue, any family member should have the first option on event ticket renewals.

Loyalty should be rewarded by commitment and BYU should demonstrate its commitment to this fan.
