UPDATE 5-Amazon on-time delivery slip reported after Cyber Monday sales surge

On-time delivery rates fell for Amazon.com Inc van drivers in the latest week, consulting firm ShipMatrix said on Wednesday, but the online retailer said its performance was "far better than what's being reported" even as it dealt with record Cyber Monday orders and regional winter storms.
